Will the phone need a wifi connection or a landline hookup?
Nope! Each phone is 100% wireless and are equipped to record up to 10 hours.
We'll send set up instructions with the phone for you to go over before your event.
Is there a limit to how much guests can record?
Absolutely no. HAVE FUN! Leave as many messages as your heart desires.
When does the phone need to be returned?
Phones should be returned no later than 2 days after your event. The sooner we get it back, the quicker you get your Telenotes.
Besides, we can't wait to hear what your guests were talking about!
What is the turn around time?
On average, it takes 3-5 days to retrieve your Telenotes.
If you ordered a USB, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
I didn't order a USB, is it too late?
Nope. No matter how long ago your rental was, we'd still love to send you a USB.
Simply send us an email with your event date and name on the order so that we can get your Telenotes shipped asap! All USB's are $60.
How soon should I book?
The sooner the better! We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you have a phone reserved for your special day.
